Why do I need to come back weekly?

The purpose of the weekly visits is to monitor blood pressure, weight, eating habits, but most importantly to learn a new way of living. Our program teaches behavioral modification, nutrition, and exercise.


Is the program affordable?

Check with your insurance company to see if they offer healthcare account debit cards. Recently, more insurance companies are understanding the importance of a healthier lifestyle.


Does the program really work?

If the program is followed correctly, an average patient will be successful in their desired weight loss. Also included in the program is effective teaching of a new lifestyle.


How much weight will I lose?

The American College of Sports Medicine says that a safe healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. However, the average patients tends to lose more weight than that.
